What is your MOQ for foamed ceramic components?
Our MOQ is flexible. For standard decorative lines and window surrounds, MOQ starts from 100 pieces per model. For custom CNC-carved components, MOQ depends on complexity — contact us with your drawings for a specific quote.
Can you send samples? How about sample cost?
Yes. We send samples within 7-10 working days. Standard samples are free of charge; you cover the freight. For large custom samples, a small tooling fee may apply, refundable on bulk order.
What is your production lead time?
Samples: 7-10 working days. Bulk orders: 15-25 working days depending on quantity and customization. We confirm an exact schedule when you place the order.
Are you able to provide custom CNC carving?
Yes. We do custom CNC processing for lines, window surrounds, columns, reliefs, lattice and curved shapes — all made to your drawings or 3D files.
What kind of packing do you use for sea shipment?
We use reinforced wood pallets, corner protection and layer cushioning for stable ocean transportation. Both FCL (full container) and LCL (less-than-container) are supported.
Do you provide test reports for tender purposes?
Yes. We provide A1 fire-rating and physical test reports (from national building engineering testing centers) for tender and approval purposes.
Can your products be used in high-temperature or coastal areas?
Yes. Foamed ceramic is A1 non-combustible, heat and UV resistant, and corrosion-resistant to salt spray — ideal for Middle East (high temperature) and Southeast Asia (coastal/humid) projects.
